Dr. Jeff Henry, DVM, Owner
​Dr. Henry has over 25 years of experience providing veterinary care right here in Grande Ronde Valley.  He is responsible for protecting the health of both animals and people by diagnosing and treating illnesses, providing routine preventative care, prescribing medication, performing surgery, and providing client education and support.  In addition to patient care, Dr. Henry is a skilled team leader and educator within our own hospital.

Tina Aster, Practice Manager

​Tina is the visionary and integrator of business functions in the practice, including business planning, special projects, policies and procedures, budget and inventory management, staff productivity, personnel hiring and supervision, client engagement, marketing, developing recordkeeping and ​managing medical and business practice standards.

Veterinary Assistants

Our veterinary assistants support the veterinarians in their daily tasks.  They compassionately assist in the handling of animals, perform certain procedures, assist in examinations, surgeries and dentals, record data and provide education and support to clients.  They are able to listen and communicate efficiently and champion multiple tasks. ​

Client Care Representatives

Our client care representatives are the first people to welcome a client into the hospital and the last people the client sees when they leave. They possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of questions and requests from clients and the public.  In addition to setting appointments and responding to inquiries about hospital services, they greet clients, manage callbacks, maintain a customer care and manage multiple tasks.
